Document Preparation
Collect All of the Documents Needed Before Beginning Your Video Verification. You will need:
A valid ID: This might be a passport, your driving license, or national identity card. It must be a readable and valid ID.
Address proof: Utility bills, bank statements, or any document that bears your name and address. These must be current (within the past three months).
Sign In To Your +Arena Account
Platform Access: Arena Plus portal login through the website or mobile app.
Protect your details: Use a secure Wi-Fi connection so that nobody can access and steal your private personal information.
Click on the Verifications tab.
Navigate To Verification Tab: Visit your profile section or account setting, and click on “Account verification” or KYC (Know Your Customer) tab.

- Upload Documents
Upload Government-Issued ID:
- Capture Chip Images: Take clear and readable photos or scans of your ID.
- Visible: Details in ID must be able to be read and not hidden.
Upload Proof of Address:
Capture Entire Document—Make sure the edges of the documents are visible, and that all text is legible!
Recency Check: Document ought to be in a state of newness and not over three months old.
Fill Out Required Information
Fill Out Additional Forms: These are normally very basic forms catering to the KYC process. This may include:
- Full Name
- Date of Birth
- Contact Details
Verification: Ensure that all the details you have provided are true to prevent any delays.
Submit for Verification
After uploading all documents, fill in the forms available and click on Review (Review & Submit). After you have entered everything and all looks good, click on the “Submit” button to send your verification request.
Wait While They Process It: Verifying it can take 1–3 days. You will be informed about the process via email.
Log In to Arena Plus
Access the Official Website
In Browser: Open your internet browser in the device.
Go to the official Arena Plus Website ( https://arenaplus.ph/ ).
Navigate to the Login Page
- Home: Find the Login button on the Arena Plus home page. This is typically located at the top right of the page.
- Login: Select “Login” to be sent to the login page.
Enter Your Credentials
- Username/Email: Enter your username or email used to register for an account.
- Password: Your password goes in the Password field.
Note: Make sure you are entering the correct password. Note that passwords are case-sensitive, so look for any unintended caps-lock issues.
Remember Me: You can select the Remember Me option for keeping logged in on your device for easy access.
Finalize the CAPTCHA (if required)
CAPTCHA Verification: Enter the CAPTCHA text and follow the instruction to circumvent CAPTCHA.
Log In
- Login: Fill in the form with your Log In details and complete a CAPTCHA. Click the “Log In” button.
- Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): When you enable 2FA, it would ask for the verification code sent to your registered mobile or email.
Navigate to Withdrawal Section
Go to the Account Dashboard
Account tab dashboard: After you sign in, your account dashboard will show up.
How to Navigate The Menu: Look for the top menu/sign or icon for Profile, Deposits, Withdrawals, Settings, etc.
Access the Withdrawal Section
Click on Withdrawals: In the home menu or sidebar, go to the options tab drop-down and click Withdrawals. This option could also be described as “Withdrawal” or “Payout.”
Withdrawals: Click the Tab to go to the Withdrawal page.
Enter Withdrawal Details
Specify the amount. Make sure the sum is not over your current balance.
N.B: Enter the amount in numbers you want to withdraw & check the current balance below.
Choose a Withdrawal Method: Choose your payment method from the dropdown menu (bank transfer, GCash, Paymaya, etc.).
Note: Different methods have different processing times and fees. Be aware before proceeding.
Confirm Withdrawal Details
Information Review: Make sure to verify all of the information you’ve entered, such as the amount and methods of withdrawal.
Confirm/Submit Withdrawal Request: Click confirm, submit, or the respective option to start your withdrawal request.
Verification and Processing
Confirm: You may be asked to confirm your identity for your first payout. Follow instructions to provide any required documentation.
Processing Time: 24-48 hours for most withdrawals, but bank transfers can take a little longer.
Track Your Withdrawal
Transaction history: You can see the withdrawal status by going to your account dashboard and checking “transaction history” or “financial summary.”
Activity Status column: Check the status of your withdrawal (Pending, Processing, Completed, or Failed).
Select Withdrawal Method
Choose How You Want to Withdraw
- Bank Transfer (3-5 business days, with a small fee in some cases)
- GCash/Paymaya – processing time usually 24-48hrs, minimal fees
- Credit/Debit Cards — Processed within 1–3 business days.
- Cryptocurrency- usually in less than 1 hour, depending on network conditions.
Enter Account Details
- Bank account information (if you choose bank transfer)
- Bank name
- Account number
- Account holder’s name
- SWIFT/BIC code (if any)
- E-Wallet Information (For GCash or Paymaya): Mobile number registered with your E-Wallet.
Reimbursement to Credit/Debit Card: Provide registered card details.
Cryptocurrency Wallet: Provide the correct wallet address for the coin type.
Enter Withdrawal Amount
Enter Withdrawal Amount: Specify the amount to withdraw.
Check your current balance on the same page.
Minimum / Maximum withdrawal: Make sure to adhere to withdrawal limits.
Information: Ensure accurate entry of all required data.
Currency: Verify the currency. Normally, transactions are in PHP for the Philippines.
Charges: Understand any charges applicable to your withdrawal.
Confirm Details
Check Withdrawal Amount: Ensure the amount is correct and not more than what you have in your account.
Account verification: Verify account details for the withdrawal method you selected.
- Bank name, account number, account holder name
- E-Wallets (GCash/Paymaya): Registered cellphone number
- Credit/Debit Card: Card number, expiration date, CVV code
- Correct Wallet: Wallet address for cryptocurrency
- Correct Currency: Ensure the amount is in the correct currency.
Initiate Withdrawal
Submit the Withdrawal Request
Find the “Submit” button on your withdrawal page and confirm.
Submit: Click Submit to register the withdrawal request.
Receive Confirmation
Screen Confirmation: A notice will appear informing you that the withdrawal request has been placed.
Email Notification: Arena Plus will send a confirmation email describing the withdrawal request details.
Processing Time
Withdrawal times:
- Pending time: 24-48 hours
- E-Wallets: Up to 3 days
- Card Payments: 2-5 days
- Bank Transfers: Processing can take up to 1 week.
- GCash/Paymaya: 24-48 hours.
- Card Credit/Debit: 1-3 days
- Cryptocurrency: Same day, sometimes within an hour, depending on network congestion.
Check the status of your withdrawal in your “Transaction History/ Financial History.”
