The first professional volleyball league in the Philippines, the PVL, comprises 12 teams in a season divided into three conferences: the All-Filipino, Invitational, and Reinforced.
All-Filipino Conference: Played by all member teams with an all-Filipino roster, showcasing local talent from across the country.
Invitational Conference: Played by all member teams along with two foreign guest teams to gauge and elevate the level of play in the league.
Reinforced Conference: Played by all member teams with one international player per team, promoting skill development and teamwork through overseas talent.

The Premier Volleyball League (PVL) elimination round follows a single round-robin format in which all teams participate. The top four teams advance to the semifinals, played in a best-of-three series to determine the finalists for the gold medal and the second runner-up matches. The third and fourth-ranked teams compete for the bronze medal.

Tots Carlos entered the 30-point club in the PVL as the Creamline Cool Smashers defeated the Akari Chargers in four sets. The defending champions overcame a tough challenge from Ced Domingo and Akari, winning 25-21, 21-25, 25-22, 25-19 in the 2024 PVL All-Filipino Conference. Carlos set a new professional record of 31 points from 30 attacks and an ace, surpassing her previous marks of 28 and 29 points.

Sisi Rondina delivered a stellar performance, scoring 23 points and adding 12 excellent digs to help the Choco Mucho Flying Titans defeat the Capital 1 Solar Spikers in four sets. The match ended with 25-20, 26-24, 26-28, 25-9 scores at the FilOil EcoOil Arena in San Juan.
