Deposit


1.1 How do I make a Deposit?


1. Log into your account and go to Account Tab.
2. Click Deposit: Select the deposit option from the menu.
3. Choose Payment Method: Pick from the following options:
    - Gcash
    - Maya
    - GrabPay
    - Over the counter (7-Eleven, Security Bank, SM Payment, M Lhuillier, Load Central)
    - eVoucher
4. Choose Amount: Enter the deposit amount (minimum P100).
5. Submit and Confirm: Click on the submit button and confirm your deposit.


For GCash, Maya, and GrabPay, you will receive a QR code that you can scan, or you can log in to your GCash, Maya, or GrabPay account to complete the payment.

Over-the-Counter Deposits

1. Get a Deposit Reference: For 7-Eleven, SM Payment, or MLhuillier, customers must first initiate a deposit payment through the app/website to receive a deposit reference number.
2. Make the Payment: Visit the nearest 7-Eleven, SM Payment, or MLhuillier location and provide the reference number to complete your payment.
3. Biller Name: Use PAYEXPRESS/Paynamics as the biller name.
4. Payment Method: For 7-Eleven, please note that the payment will be processed through the cashier, not the Cliqq machine.

1.2 What is the min/max deposit?


The maximum deposit allowed is ₱500,000 in GCash, while the minimum deposit amount is ₱100. In other payment methods, the maximum deposit is only 20,000.


1.3 Why is my deposit not credited to my account?


Your deposit transaction may be in a waiting status for the following reasons:

    1. Incomplete payment or transfer;
    2. Payment Merchant maintenance or delay;

If the amount has been deducted from your GCash or Maya wallet but not credited to your ArenaPlus account, please reach out to our Customer Support team for further assistance.
When contacting them, please make sure to prepare and send your payment confirmation or deposit receipt, including the reference number, payment date, and time. Providing this information will expedite the resolution of your issue efficiently.


1.4 Why is my deposit still in waiting status?


Contact Customer Support if your deposit is still in waiting status but amount got deducted to your Gcash or Maya wallet.
Note: Please prepare and send them your payment confirmation or deposit receipt showing the reference number and payment date and time.


1.5 "Please deposit or withdraw using the GCash Mini App for ArenaPlus."


Should you attempt to deposit through the website, you will receive the following error message:
"Please deposit or withdraw via the Gcash Mini App of ArenaPlus."

If you created your account using the GLife or GCash app, your withdrawals and deposits will only be accessible through the ArenaPlus mini app in GLife/GCash.

1.6 How to deposit/cash using Load Central?


Load Central is one of the Over-The-Counter deposit options we support. To deposit, simply head to Load Central store near you and provide your registered phone number or your ArenaPlus user ID.

1.7 I have deleted the text confirmation of my payment from Gcash. How can I get my payment reference?


You can check your deposit reference number in your Gcash.

    1. Open your Gcash app
    2. Go to "Activity" and look for the payment you've made for us.
    3. Click on "details" and the reference number will be shown.
