How to Complete an Over-the-Counter Deposit
Obtain a Deposit Reference:
Initiate a deposit payment through the ArenaPlus app or website to
receive a deposit reference number.
Make the Payment:
Visit the nearest participating outlet (7-Eleven, SM Payment, or M
Lhuillier).
Provide your deposit reference number to complete the transaction.
Important Details:
Biller Name: Use PAYEXPRESS/Paynamics as the biller name.
7-Eleven Specific: Payments are processed through the cashier, not
via the Cliqq machine.
Minimum Deposit: ₱100
Maximum Deposit: For GCash: up to ₱500,000
For other payment methods: up to ₱20,000
4.1 Deposit Not Credited
If your deposit is not credited to your ArenaPlus account, consider
the following possibilities:
Incomplete Payment or Transfer: Double-check that the payment was
fully processed.
Payment Merchant Maintenance or Delay: There might be delays due to
maintenance.
Action:
If your amount has been deducted from your GCash or Maya wallet but
not credited to your ArenaPlus account, contact Customer Support.

4.2 Deposit Still in Waiting Status
If your deposit remains in a waiting status but the amount was
deducted from your wallet, please get in touch with Customer
Support.

4.3 GCash Mini App Requirement
Important Note:
If you attempt to deposit through the ArenaPlus website instead of
the GCash Mini App, you will receive an error message:
"Please deposit or withdraw via the GCash Mini App of ArenaPlus."
Tip:
Accounts created via the GLife or GCash app must use the ArenaPlus
Mini App for deposits and withdrawals.
How to Deposit/Cash Using Load Central: Visit a nearby Load Central
store.
To complete the deposit, provide your registered phone number or
ArenaPlus user ID.
Physical Store:
If you have deleted the text confirmation of your payment from
GCash, you can still retrieve your deposit reference number:
Open the GCash App.
Go to "Activity": Look for your payment to ArenaPlus.
View Details: Click on "Details" to view the reference number.
