1. Withdrawing via GCash

Step-by-Step Instructions
Log In to Your Account:
   - Access your ArenaPlus account and navigate to the Account tab.
   - Choose GCash:
   - On the Withdraw page, select GCash as your withdrawal method.
   - Select Account and Enter Amount:
   - Choose "To a GCash Account".
   - If you already have a GCash account linked, simply enter the desired withdrawal amount.
   - If not, link your GCash account and then enter the amount.

Confirm Payment:
Click Submit to confirm the payment.
You will be redirected to GCash to log in and enter the OTP sent to your mobile number for verification.



2. Withdrawing via Bank Transfer

Step-by-Step Instructions
Log In to Your Account:
   - Access your ArenaPlus account and navigate to the Account tab.
   - Choose Bank Transfer:
   - On the Withdraw page, select Bank Transfer as your method.

Select or Add Your Bank Account:
Choose your linked bank account.
If you don’t have a bank account linked, add one and enter the desired withdrawal amount.
Confirm and Submit:
Confirm the details and click Submit to complete your withdrawal.



3. Withdrawal Processing Times and Guidelines

3.1 Standard Processing Times
Withdrawals Less Than ₱50,000:
These are posted immediately once approved. Check your account statement or contact your bank/GCash if you do not see the funds.

Withdrawals More Than ₱50,000:
These are transferred via Pesonet and can take 1-2 banking days to reflect. Delays may occur due to bank or payment provider procedures.

Large Withdrawals (₱500,000 or More):
After processing is complete, these may take 5-10 banking days to appear in your account.

Note: The timeframes are estimates and may vary based on your bank or payment provider's verification processes.



4. Troubleshooting Withdrawal Issues

4.1 Withdrawal Approved but Not Credited
If your withdrawal is marked as approved in the transaction history but hasn't been credited to your account: Possible Reasons:
   - Incomplete payment or transfer.
   - Delays due to payment merchant maintenance.
   - Bank processing time.

Action:
Contact ArenaPlus Customer Support.
Provide your payment confirmation or deposit receipt, including the reference number, payment date, and time.

4.2 Withdrawal Not Received in GCash/Bank Account
If your withdrawal is complete but hasn’t reached your GCash or bank account:
For GCash:
Check your GCash account activity.
If the funds are missing, contact GCash support with your transaction details.
For Bank Transfers:
Verify your bank statement.
If necessary, contact your bank to inquire about pending transfers.

4.3 Withdrawing to a Bank Account Under a Different Name
For security reasons, withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account registered in your name.



5. GCash Limit Issues

5.1 ₱100,000 GCash Limit
If your GCash wallet has reached the ₱100,000 limit, contact GCash support or check their help center to learn how to increase your wallet limit up to ₱500,000.
5.2 ₱500,000 GCash Limit
If you have reached the ₱500,000 limit, you must wait until your wallet limit refreshes the following month.



6. Withdrawal Method Limits

You can bind up to 5 GCash accounts and five bank accounts as withdrawal methods in your ArenaPlus account.
