Yes, both GCash and Maya are supported. Select your preferred e-wallet on the Deposit page and follow the prompts to complete the transfer.

What's the minimum deposit amount?
For your first deposit, the minimum amount is ₱500. Deposit limits for subsequent deposits may vary depending on the payment method. The maximum deposit amount is ₱50,000 per transaction.

Most e-wallet and card deposits reflect instantly. Bank transfers can take a few minutes up to a couple of hours depending on your bank.
My deposit didn't show up what should I do?
First check your payment method’s transaction history to confirm the funds were sent. If confirmed but not reflected after an hour, contact ArenaPlus support with your reference number.
Why was my deposit declined?
Declines are usually caused by insufficient funds, an expired card, or a mismatch between your account details and the payment method. Try again or use a different method.
