To place an ArenaPlus bet, create and verify your account, add funds, find a market under Sports, and confirm your bet from the Bet Slip. The whole process takes a few taps once your account is set up.
This guide walks through each step, from signing up to betting live, plus how to read your bet and set limits before you start. If you’re new to sports betting, it’s a good place to begin.
Before you start
Before you bet on ArenaPlus, make sure you are 21 or older, have a government-issued ID ready for KYC verification, and are using the official site at arenaplus.ph or the official app. ArenaPlus is a PAGCOR-licensed online sportsbook, and sticking to its official channels helps keep your account safe.
- Age: ArenaPlus is for players 21 and over only.
- ID: you’ll need a government-issued ID and an active Philippine mobile number.
- Official channels only: some look-alike websites use the ArenaPlus name. Type arenaplus.ph directly, or use the official app.
Create and verify your account
To bet on ArenaPlus, you need an account and a completed KYC verification. Register with your mobile number or a Google or Apple account, then verify your identity with a government-issued ID and face verification. Verification unlocks deposits, withdrawals, and full platform access, so finish it before anything else.
Register your account
Tap Login/Register on the website or app, then choose one of two options:
- Mobile number: enter your active mobile number, complete the puzzle verification, and enter the 6-digit OTP sent by SMS.
- Google or Apple account: select your Google account, or your Apple account on iOS, and authorize ArenaPlus to link your profile.
Use an active personal Philippine mobile number, since it serves as your primary ID on the account.
Complete KYC verification
- Open KYC settings: log in and go to Profile, then Account, then KYC Setting.
- Choose your ID: select a valid government-issued ID, such as a passport, driver’s license, or PNP firearms license. Foreign nationals can use an international passport or a government-issued ID.
- Verify: upload your ID and complete face verification.
- Submit: confirm your personal details and submit.
- Wait for approval: you’ll get approval by SMS or in the app.
You must be 21 or older and physically in the Philippines to be verified. If something doesn’t work, try switching between the app and the website; if your application is rejected, you can reapply through KYC Setting.
New users who want the Llamado Picks welcome promo need to finish KYC before their first deposit, as explained in the guide to online betting with a sign-up bonus.
Get the ArenaPlus app
ArenaPlus works in a mobile-style layout on any device, so you can bet from a phone browser, a desktop browser, or the app. On iPhone, the app is available on the App Store as ArenaPlus: Live Sports Betting. Download it only from official sources, never from links shared in messages or social media.
On any other device, you can bet through the website at arenaplus.ph. Because the layout is the same everywhere, the steps in this guide work on any device.
Fund your account
You need funds in your account before you can place a bet. The deposit and withdrawal methods currently available are shown in your ArenaPlus account, so check there before you deposit. Use only the methods listed in your account, and never send money to a person or account outside the official app or site.
Set your budget before your first deposit, so you know how much you’re adding and why. The limits section below shows how to lock that budget in.
Place your first bet
Placing a bet on ArenaPlus takes five steps: tap Sports, choose your sport and league, pick a market, enter your stake on the Bet Slip, and tap Place Bet. Check every selection before confirming, because bets can’t be cancelled, changed, or reversed once they’re placed.
- Access Sports: log in and tap Sports at the bottom of the screen.
- Choose a game: pick your sport, then the league (for example Basketball, then PBA), then the game.
- Pick a market: tap a price under the market you want, such as Winner (moneyline), Spread (handicap), or Total (over/under).
- Enter your stake: open the Bet Slip, enter the amount, and review the odds.
- Confirm: tap Place Bet.
Betting live
To bet on a game already in progress, go to Sports, then your sport and league, and tap IN-PLAY at the top. Winner, Spread, and Total markets are available live on basketball games, with odds updating as the game goes on. Which markets stay open depends on the game.
If your bet doesn’t go through
Odds can change between adding a selection and placing the bet. When that happens, you may see a “Betting Unsuccessful – Odds Changed” message. Your stake isn’t charged; refresh the market and reselect your bet at the updated odds.
Reading your bet
Odds on ArenaPlus show your potential return. In decimal odds, multiply your stake by the odds: a winning ₱100 bet at 1.80 returns ₱180, and at 2.05 returns ₱205, including your stake. Odds can change before and during a game as markets update, so the price on your Bet Slip is the one to check.
- Overtime: Winner, Spread, and Total bets on basketball generally include overtime, unless the market is labeled “Regular Time Only.”
- Odds formats: ArenaPlus supports six odds display formats. Change them under Sports, then Settings, then Odds Format.

Set limits before you bet
Setting limits before your first bet makes it easier to keep betting affordable. ArenaPlus has a spending limit and time control settings under your account profile, then More, then Responsible Gaming. Choose an amount or timer, and set each one to reset daily, weekly, or monthly.
ArenaPlus is for players 21 and over only. Bet only what you can afford to lose, and treat betting as entertainment, never as a way to earn money.
If betting starts causing problems, PAGCOR’s National Problem Gambling Helpline at (02) 8248-9568 connects you with trained counselors for confidential support, 24 hours a day (Daily Tribune).
